J&K Bank expands Corporate Salary Package footprint across business, educational institutions Continuing to deepen its engagement with the salaried class across private institutions, J&K Bank has entered into Corporate Salary Package (CSP) arrangements with M/s J M Footwear Impex in Agra; Stephen Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Stephens College of Nursing and Stephens College of Pharmacy in Jammu; and Delhi Public School, Rajouri. Through these engagements, employees of the participating organisations will gain access to salary accounts supported by preferential banking services, attractive loan facilities and other value-added benefits designed to enhance banking convenience and meet their evolving financial needs. In Agra, the Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s J M Footwear Impex, a leading footwear exporter, to extend CSP benefits to its more than 180 employees. The agreement was signed by Zonal Head (Delhi) Sanjeev Kumar Sharma on behalf of the Bank and Partner, M/s J M Footwear Impex, Kalim Ahmed, in the presence of Cluster Head (Lucknow) Rohit Mahajan, Branch Head (Sanjay Palace, Agra) Vinod Kumar and Chief Manager Kamal Kant. In Jammu, the Bank executed a CSP arrangement with Stephen Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Stephens College of Nursing and Stephens College of Pharmacy, which operate under Dr Aparna Educational Trust. The arrangement was executed in the presence of Zonal Head (Jammu) Chandrika Parihar, Director (Stephens Group) Satvinder Saini, Branch Head (Kullian) Shashi Paul, In-charge Liability Department (Jammu Division) Nishu Mahajan and In-charge Liability Department (Jammu Zone) Bindu Kohli. The package will provide the employees of the three institutions access to preferential banking services, attractive loan facilities and other value-added benefits. Meanwhile, the Bank’s Rajouri Zone signed an MoU with Delhi Public School, Rajouri - a unit of Tariq Educational Society - to extend CSP benefits and a wider range of banking facilities to its employees. The agreement was signed by Zonal Head (Rajouri) Rajeev Kumar Digra and Chairman (Delhi Public School, Rajouri) Sajjad Tariq in the presence of Cluster Head (Rajouri) Ashish Jamwal, Branch Head (Jawahar Nagar, Rajouri) Amrish Slathia and representatives of the school. A prominent educational institution in the area, Delhi Public School, Rajouri, has around 120 staff members and nearly 1,100 students. Besides facilitating salary accounts and access to other financial products for its employees, the institutional engagement is expected to create wider opportunities across deposits, advances and digital banking services.
