J&K Bank expands Corporate Salary Package outreach across J&K Further expanding its institutional outreach across Jammu and Kashmir, J&K Bank has formalised a series of agreements and engagements under its Corporate Salary Package (CSP) with seven educational, healthcare, hospitality and business organisations, collectively covering over 1,100 employees. Across Jammu Division, the Bank signed agreements with Nanak Academy, Purani Poonch; St. Mary’s Convent School, Chandak, Poonch; Bittu Soft Drinks; and Gurjeet Labour Contractors under Kathua Zone. The Bank also entered into a CSP engagement with Anutham/Sanjeev Caterers, a prominent hospitality and event-management group based in Jammu. In Kashmir Division, the Bank formalised CSP tie-ups with M/s Arise Automotives Pvt. Ltd. and New City Hospital under Srinagar Zone. The agreements mark another significant step in the Bank’s continuing effort to deepen institutional relationships and widen the reach of organised salary banking across diverse segments of the private sector. By bringing more employees into its salary-banking fold, the initiative is expected to support salary-account acquisition, strengthen CASA and deposit mobilisation, and create opportunities for responsible retail cross-selling and greater adoption of digital banking services. During the signing events, the Bank officials explained the key features and benefits of the Corporate Salary Package in detail. These include customised salary accounts, enhanced banking privileges, convenient digital-banking services and access—subject to eligibility and applicable terms—to personal and consumer finance, cards, insurance and other retail financial solutions designed to meet employees’ everyday banking and financial needs. The tie-ups reinforce the Bank’s presence within key institutional ecosystems while taking its “Serving to Empower” mission deeper into different segments of the private-sector workforce. Through accessible, technology-enabled and customer-centric banking solutions, the initiative also seeks to support the financial mobility of employees and create enduring value for the Bank’s institutional partners. #JKBank #JKBank
